Expansion of production capacities for complex inorganic color pigments (CICPs) completed

March 2021. After successfully putting two fully automated calcination lines into operation in recent years, all planned expansions of the upstream and downstream steps for the production of our HEUCODUR® pigments have been completed.

Expansions in the area of raw material mixing, calcinate grinding, color fine-tuning, and bagging the end products make it possible to fully utilize the installed calcination capacities. This means that incoming order peaks such as those we are currently seeing can be handled in addition to the general increase in capacity – also and especially in these highly volatile times.

The overall demand for complex inorganic color pigments (CICPs) has increased steadily in recent years, supporting the implementation of high-quality, sustainable color solutions in various industrial sectors. The recently completed production expansion will help us keep pace with this trend.
